ELMOR S.A. has specialized for many years in the production of electric machines and drives, and currently offers comprehensive repair services for both DC and AC machines and drives.
We carry out repairs of electric machines manufactured in Poland and abroad, operating at voltages up to 1 kV:
* DC motors up to 200 kW
* DC generators up to 150 kW
* AC generators up to 600 kVA
* squirrel-cage induction motors up to 600 kW
* slip-ring induction motors up to 350 kW
* electromagnetic disc brakes
We undertake the design and execution of modifications to certain machine parameters (e.g. power, voltage, rotational speed), as well as transformers (single-phase and three-phase) with non-standard voltages. We use vacuum-pressure impregnation in insulation classes B, F, and H, and we manufacture coils (e.g. for brakes) as monolithic units by casting them in epoxy resin molds. Rotating machine parts are both statically and dynamically balanced.
Repairs are carried out after the Client’s acceptance of the service price, which is provided each time based on a calculation according to the scope of work. The completion time depends on the type of machine and the scope of repair work and is always agreed with the Client.
All machines and equipment repaired by us undergo appropriate testing and receive a Technical Inspection certificate.
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning, but not longer than 18 months from the date of delivery to the customer.
With many years of experience in the production and repair of electric machines and drives operating on ships in unrestricted sailing areas, we ensure high-quality repairs of equipment operating in various climatic conditions (high-quality galvanic and paint coatings).
In addition, ELMOR S.A. services include diagnostics, technical expertise, inspections, and maintenance of the above-mentioned generators, electric motors, and electromagnetic disc brakes.
